HOW IT WORKS
“Hemispheric synchronization” helps you develop and absorb advanced state of consciousness. This is not hypnosis!, although some of the techniques seem similar.
SleepPro is an application designed to restore the dream states through carefully generated frequencies by Indigo soundlab.
The volumes are much lower than normal to stimulate better your unconscious mind and also protect your ears against long exposure time. Try adjusting the volume to a level that can barely hear it, your mind will do the rest. These frequencies not only regulate sleep but also enhance each stage.
